The Recycled Arts Festival is brought to you by the Clark County Department of Environmental Services as part of our ongoing effort to encourage waste reduction, reuse, recycling and a cleaner place to live in Clark County, Washington. The event takes place in downtown Vancouver, WA at Esther Short Park.
