Restorative Justice (RJ) is a peaceful conflict resolution process that works by bringing together all parties of a conflict and helping them identify and heal the harm their conflict or misconduct has caused. It is a key part of MSU's Residence Education & Services (RES) approach to student conduct and interpersonal conflict and community development on campus. RES and Student Life staff members are trained in the RJ process, making it available to the entire MSU student body as needed.
