How to make Salmon in Miso 鮭の味噌煮

When BraLadyJapan ordered some appetizer for drink, I was not sure what I could do about it. But this food is kinda popular as appetizer for beer in Japan. I hope you'll get some idea from this recipe :) Ingredients (Serving 1 ~ 2 ) : 1tbsp mirin (大1 みりん) : 1/2 soy sauce (大1/2 しょうゆ) : 1tbsp ground white sesame (大1 すりごま) : 1tbsp sugar (大1 砂糖) : 2tbsp sake (大2 酒) : 2tbsp miso (大2 みそ) : 200ml water (200cc お水) : 15g sliced ginger : Negi (Green onion, Spring onion) : Daikon (Japanese giant white radish) : Salmon (Try any fish or meat you want ) : Beer if you like?
