This is part 2 of the three part series. The next one will be how to 360 with a grab. I made this because I spent a solid two- three years doing 360's but every time I did them I would land extremely back seat. then I remember what I learned at a camp I did about how you have to have a T set and then I started trying it because all my friends were starting to do 7 and 9's and I couldn't even 3. so after about a year it helped me a ton and i recommend at least trying it for a little and see what happens. This should help you for al your tricks it stands as a very good foundation for any trick you wanna try.
