Machine we made for bakery industry - big tray Formatting The TL-40 series is a fully automatic Tray erector system designed to erect tray for multi pack product. Magazine up to 1000 cartons with Auto' feeding system. Machine form- flat carton blanks are stacked in the hopper which can be refilled while the machine is in operation. With each machine cycle a feed bar, fitted with vacuum cups, extracts a carton and places it, in register, on the conveyor. Mechanical feeders feed the carton to the forming head, and inject glue on the 4 corners. A plunger descends, folds up the side walls of the carton and simultaneously engages the corner to erect it.
