【楊桃美食網】牛肉燴飯

材料: 1.牛腿肉片、青菜、薑片、紅蘿菠片 2.蠔油、太白粉、鹽、糖、胡椒粉 3.醬油、太白粉、糖 做法 1.用1茶匙醬油、1/4茶匙糖跟牛肉片一起拌勻,1/2茶匙太白粉加入一起拌勻,最後加上一點油再牛肉上 2.熱油鍋以小火將牛肉拌開,拌炒到反白再起鍋 3.轉大火炒香薑片與胡蘿菠片,再將青菜加入拌炒,加入1/3碗的水,加入1大匙蠔油、1/4茶匙鹽、1/4茶匙糖,煮滾後再加入牛肉 4.轉小火之後,添加少許胡椒粉調味,加入太白粉水(1.5太白粉+2大匙水比例)勾芡,炒勻即可起鍋搭配白飯享用
