Brewing a Vienna Mock Lager - With Joe!

Hey YouTube! It's been a while since I did a brewing video--time to correct that! In this one we're brewing up a Vienna Lager base, but instead I am using WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast to ferment. Shooting for a lager-like brew in a lot less time. We'll see how well it turns out! Cheers--and thanks for supporting BIY and me with my videos! ~Joe
