Ted currently serves as Vice President Human Resources- Global Manufacturing for Amgen Inc. located in Thousand Oaks, California. Prior to accepting the position with Amgen, he served as Sr. Director, Human Resources for Dell Computer Business Group in Nashville, Tennessee. At Dell, he managed the human resources/community relations functions that included employee relations and training for the facility. He currently has three books published entitled “The Tragedy of Darkness” “My Personal War Within” and The Success Factor.
