"Set the captives free."

God is so clear about our purpose in life- to love God and to love others. Love takes action. Jesus was moved by the needs of the world, the poor, the sick, the enslaved, and the forgotten.

“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the broken-hearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.” Luke 4: 17-21
“When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.” Proverbs 21:15
“No, the Lord has told us what is good. What he requires of us is this: to do what is just, to show constant love, and to live in humble fellowship with our God.” Micah 6:8

Come join us as we journey together to seek out justice and step into the mission Jesus began- to be the voice for the voiceless, a light in the darkness, to set the captives free.
