The Frieze Band was formed in 1972 in Dundee, Scotland. They were the pinacle of Glam/Rock in the early 70's appearing with stars such as Alvin Stardust, Bilbo Baggins, Wishbone Ash, Sleaz Band and Blackfoot Sue. The band was influenced by Status Quo, Sweet, T. Rex, Mud, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Band, Canned Heat and many of the other rock bands of the era.
