Langkawai, Malaysia Travel Guide, World's Steepest Cable Car, Beautiful Beaches, and Motorbiking

We have always heard that Langkawi, Malaysia, is a beautiful island that you must see. So we decided we had to check it out for ourselves. The first night we landed it was raining and dreary, but the next two days were stellar. The beaches are far cleaner than those of Thailand, and the water is a beautiful aqua color. We rented a motorbike for a day which was ridiculously easy to rent. We were in and out of the shop in less that 5 minutes, and the cost was 30 Ringgit or about $9USD. We drove the entire island which was beautiful. Renting a motorbike allowed us to get to the Jetty, The Worlds Steepest Cable Car as well as an Arabian Horse Stud Farm. We highly recommend having your own transportation anywhere you're traveling because it opens up so many more doors. The Worlds Steepest Cable car was just as thrilling as you would imagine. If you are afraid of Heights, this is definitely going to test your nerves.
