In order to sensitize general public about IRDA, its role and initiatives in insurance sector regulation and development as well as policy holder protection and welfare, a documentary has been prepared for extensive use which has been recently launched by IRDA. This documentary film not only disseminates generic information about insurance but also highlights various initiatives taken by IRDA in the field of educating customers and redressal of grievances.
