This workout challenge will help you get sexy toned legs and a round bubble butt. Workout, do as many as you can of the following exercises: jump squats, jumping jack squats, hopping lunges, side to side hops, deadlift hops, side to side hopping curtsy lunges. Do this workout 3x per week. Each workout try to increase the amount you can do. Rest between each exercise for 1-2min. After 30 days you'll see amazing results.
