Matt Wilson lays down the rules for 21 (also known as Blackjack) Players throw to finish with a score as close to or tied with 21 as possible without going over. Axe must be %100 in any point area to receive points. An axe that hits the floor is minus four and finally all players MUST throw TEN axes. Top score moves on. You bust at any time and you are out.
