We do this by focusing on "collective impact." Collective impact includes long-term commitments to a common agenda for solving a specific social problem. This approach goes beyond collaboration. It requires a systemic approach that focuses on the relationships between organizations and the progress toward shared objectives. With collective impact, we are all in the same boat, rowing in the same direction, thus reaching our goals faster.
