This is a very mysterious and surreal video sent to me via Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS). Seems to talk about some kind of "plight" of a local in Penang due to the 2008 general elections. Then ends as abruptly as it mysteriously began. Has kind of a very creepy feel to it, like from some kind of Japanese horror movie. LOL! Might be a cybertrooper scaremongering.
