The Pat D'Arrigo Art Center in San Diego's mission is to heal, inspire and empower today's youth through the arts. The center's entirely free outreach programs allow youth to experience the value of improving their environment with murals, mosaics, music festivals and performances while collaborating with community leaders, mentors and peers.
