Put simply, I find this arrange unexpected (I probably should have expected it). If I didn't look up the original, I probably wouldn't be able to recognize it. Actually, I can hardly pick up on it still, but considering I hardly listen to Voyage 1969 or its arranges, I guess it's understandable for me. King Aswad is the first fellow that I've heard sing English that I can easily pick up and understand within the Touhou realm (not counting fandubs). I'm sure there's been some other people that's done it as well but he's the first I've heard. Now that I look more into it, is it the same King Aswad? He has another song in the album, but I found it too repetitive for my personal tastes. Funk and R&B album (I think... I'm no good with genres). Can't say anything about recommending it since I haven't quite developed my taste in the genre. I had nothing for imagery other than some guy performing on stage.
