Cyprus was illegally invaded and occupied by the Turkish army in 1974. It is an open secret that collaborators on the Greek, Turkish and British sides all played a role in stage managing the pretext which opened the way for the illigal occupation of almost half of Cyprus by the Turkish army and further to this the importation of hundreds of thousands of illigal Turkish settlers to occupy all the properties taken by the Turkish army invasion.
