McConnell believes that the Serco bookie placed OOOI “experts of unknown provenance” at Kiev Borispol Airport to divert MH-17 to an area where a spot-fixed Unabomb explosion in the cargo hold would drop evidence in a small debris field for collection by agents who would share in the spread-bet “vig” with the bookie. McConnell alleges that the Serco OOOI experts and the AAIB agents who manipulated and leaked the black-box evidence from the spot-fixed “Unabomb” on MH Flight 17 are the same people who manipulated and leaked the “ping” data from a spot-fixed hijack of MH Flight 370. McConnell notes that his sister Kristine ‘Con Air’ Marcy, former COO of the Small Business Administration, appears to have provided Serco with Unabomb drones fitted with the Boeing Honeywell Uninterruptible Autopilot for spot-fixed deaths by plane on 9/11 when aircraft were hijacked just after passing their OOOI way points.
