Enjoy the view from the wonderful waterfront promenade of Passau, Germany in the country's Bavaria region. Nicknamed the "City of Three Rivers" for it's location on the confluence of the Danube, Inn, and Ilz rivers. Passau is often compared to Venice, Italy as it also has a propensity to become submerged by rising flood waters.
