Hill Sprints

Hill sprints. One of the High Intensity Interval Training exercises I like to perform. I get a running start 5-10 yards from the base of the hill. Once at the base of the hill, I sprint full speed to the top. Recovering time usually is only for 1 minute. The I estimate the distance of the hill to be 15-20 yards.
