On March 6, 2011 the representative from the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) sent two Clinicians (Rick Mercurio, and John Pirie) from America to conduct a clinic in Bangkok. Accompanying the two Clinicians was Tom Hayes: US Lacrosse Hall of Fame, former President of the FIL and the current FIL Director of Development. The development clinic was host by Thailand Lacrosse Association, at the TLA's indoor practice field in the middle of downtown Bangkok.
