Sandrine De Vincent For Miss Africanada

submitted by TAP TV on 10/23/13 1

My name is Sandrine De Vincent. I am from Rwanda... Everyone has a story and mine has shaped into someone who wants to be the voice of the voiceless especially refugees. My platform is to support girls' education especially for the refugee women and girls in Africa. In most circumstances refugee women and girls are denied their right to education. These women might have been raped and war might have taken their loved ones and their home and left them with trauma but they still have determination and hope for the future. Women do not need to be empowered but they just need to be enabled. For Sandrine's entire Interview, visit www.tapmagazine.ca
