The Palestinian death toll from Israel's onslaught on the Gaza Strip keeps soaring. Nearly eight hundred Gazans have been killed over the past seventeen days. A Palestinian rights group has estimated that civilians, most of them women and children, account for more than 80 percent of the toll.
