Israel continues its aerial, ground and sea offensives against the Gaza Strip for the 18 consecutive day. The Palestinian death toll has exceeded 860 with 57-hudnred other Gazans wounded. The UN says over 80 percent of the victims are civilians, including nearly 200 children.
