Israeli police have reportedly admitted that Hamas was NOT behind the disappearance and murder of three Israeli settlers last month. According to Palestinian media source, some top Israeli police officers have acknowledged that no evidence has been found to prove Hamas was responsible for the incident. They've now made it clear that the abduction and killing of the three Israelis is unlikely to have been ordered by the resistance group. Last month, immediately after the disappearance of the Israeli teenagers, Tel Aviv pointed the finger of blame at Hamas. It unleashed a harsh crackdown in the West Bank, arresting nearly 900 Palestinians, most of them Hamas supporters. Then, the army launched an all-out offensive on the Gaza Strip, accusing Hamas of being responsible for the deaths of the three settlers.
