Southeast Asian leaders are gathered in Kuala Lumpur for the 46th ASEAN Summit, at a time of growing global economic and political uncertainty. The main summit takes place on Monday (May 26) while on Tuesday, the regional bloc will hold its first trilateral summit with the Gulf Cooperation Council and China.
