Millionaire Spaghetti Recipe! 📌INGREDIENTS * 500g Spaghetti Pasta * 1 pound ground Beef * 8 cloves Garlic (minced) * 1 large Onion (chopped) * 1 red Bellpepper (chopped) * 1 tsp Salt * 1/2 tsp Black pepper * 200g Tomato Sauce * 500g Spaghetti Sauce * 2 Tbsp brown sugar (or add more for sweet-style sauce) * 1 stick Butter * 370ml Evaporated Milk * 1 pack Instant Cream of Mushroom Soup (dilute with 1 cup water) * 1 cup Pasta water 📌 INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177ºC). 2. Bring a large pot of water, with 1 tablespoon of salt, to a boil. Cook pasta according to the package. Drain well and set aside. 3. In a pa , heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef cook until beef is browned. 4. Add onion and garlic and cook until they begin to soften and aromatic for about 5 minutes. 5. Add bellpepper, salt and pepper (to taste). 6. Pour in Tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce, bring to a boil on low heat. 7. add 2 tbsp brown sugar, mix to incorporate and cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, then set this aside. 8. In a separate pan on low heat, add butter and stir until it melts. 9. Pour evaporated milk, gently warm the milk (do not bring it to a boil). 10. Then add in Cream of Mushroom powder (diluted with water) stir to form a smooth paste. 11. Pour in pasta water, continue to cook over low heat, stirring often until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. 12. Turn of the heat and add cooked spaghetti pasta, stir until well incorporate. 13. Add spaghetti noodles in a baking dish, spread pasta sauce over the noodles, repeat the process and add shredded cheese on top. 14. Bake for 30 minutes to 350°F (177ºC). 15.
