Building on the success of Severance Season 1, I had the privilege of collaborating with Ben Stiller to create a fresh title sequence for Season 2 on Apple TV+. This new Intro goes deeper into Mark's subconscious, presenting a darker and more surreal visual journey that mirrors the show's evolving narrative. The sequence intricately explores Mark's fragmented memories and anxieties, symbolizing his struggle to reclaim his identity. Each element, from the architecture of Mark’s mind to the subconscious symbols, was meticulously designed to intertwine the main storyline with its side plots, offering subtle foreshadowing of the season's twists. This project demanded a thoughtful balance of creativity and collaboration, involving close coordination with the production team to ensure the visuals captured the emotional struggles of the characters and the world of Lumon Industries.
