Created by the Electron Microscopy Science Technology Platform at the Francis Crick Institute for the 2021 'From 3D light to 3D electron microscopy' conference, this video takes the viewer through each of the steps involved in a complex correlative light and electron microscopy workflow, used to relocate and study specific regions of interest in large tissue volumes.
