In this fourth message in the 10 week series, we study the dispensation of civil government, looking at the Tower of Babel and how God confused the languages of the people. This wasn't a random act on God's part, but rather it was a result of Him having revealed His will, the people defying God's will and then God holding them accountable with judgment. Then we move into Genesis 12 with the dispensation of promise and continue all the way through the end of Genesis.
