We're starting with a nice cardio/HIIT mini session that's about 5 min long. This HIIT block requires significant cardio effort so it will also help you shred that extra fat! Then we're switching to the strength block: our Abs and Obliques exercises (about 10 minutes) Good luck and let's begin!
