Join me for a 15 minute GENTLE STRETCH ROUTINE for muscle recovery and relaxation. Do this sequence after your workout or on your rest day. We'll perform mostly static stretches with a few flowing movements within 40 second intervals. You'll recognize a couple of familiar YOGA postures within the routine as well.
