This practice is a 20-minute all-level vinyasa flow focusing on the hamstrings and hips. This class is perfect if you have tight hamstrings and would like to focus on mobilising the hips more. Especially if you work out and put your legs under a lot of stress, this class is a great way to show your hips and your hamstrings some love. This class is slow and steady, giving you plenty of time to get to the delicious part of each stretch and really show your body some love.
