From seed to harvesting turnip root with visible soil cross section over 55 days time lapse. The sampling seed was chosen from purple top turnip varieties. The seed sprouted very quickly and had high water demanding. It took around 55 days to reach handful-size harvest. #Turnips #PlantTimeLapse
