A good morning workout to put an end to laziness and wake up the little ones' muscles! A super quick and dynamic workout for kids to get their bodies moving first thing in the morning, waking up their muscles and getting their bodies ready to face their daily activities with more energy! This routine consists of stretching and light cardio exercises with subtle hops and jumps to perk up the kids.
