"Danny's Song" written by Kenny Loggins was recorded by Anne Murray in 1972 as part of her Capitol album of the same title. In 1973 it reached #1 on the Billboard Easy Listening chart, #7 on the Hot 100 chart, and #10 on the country chart. The album peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Country Albums chart and number 39 on the Billboard Pop Albums chart. The song can be found on the Capitol CD, Anne Murray The Best ...So Far.
