"Ramblin' Rose" written by brothers Noel and Joe Sherman was recorded by Nat King Cole on 6/19/1962 as part of his million selling country/western theme LP, Ramblin' Rose (And More), released by Capitol Records as a single , reaching #1 on the Billboard Easy Listening chart, #2 on both the Billboard and Cash Box charts, and #7 on the R&B chart, selling more than a million copies. The song was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category Record of the Year. The album was released on CD by Capitol in 1991 and is also available on CD combined with the album, Dear Lonely Hearts on Capitol's Collector's Choice subsidiary.
