After The Music
The City of West Hollywood celebrates the holiday season each year with a special holiday card. This year, in addition to a digital card, the City of West Hollywood has produced an imaginative and touching two-and-a-half-minute video called “After The Music.” This video animates a poem written especially for the holidays by the new West Hollywood City Poet Laureate Brian Sonia-Wallace. West Hollywood City Poet Laureate Brian Sonia-Wallace created the poem “After The Music” to address the feelings of hope, connecting and coping with isolation during this very unusual holiday season. The video combine the poem, read aloud by the poet himself, with animations and artwork from Zoo Crew Productions and Steven Rahbany.
