Cath Pendleton, more commonly known as the Merthyr Mermaid, absolutely loves ice/winter swimming! In 2020, she achieved a Guinness World Record as the first female to swim a mile inside the Antarctic Polar Circle. Here, she joins NHFT's Arun Mandalia to discuss all things open water swimming, and how her love of cold water helps her wellbeing.
