Using the ancient practice of yoga this session will be an introduction to yoga to help you to connect with your body. It will help participants to deepen their practice as well as help those who have never practiced yoga to get a taster by understanding and exploring the mind/body connection. For anyone put off by yoga believing their bodies won’t go into those poses that we often see – this class is for you! We will also explore how your mind and thoughts you experience can have an impact on what you feel in the body and we will look at how to change patterns.
