To draw the 2021 Virtual Wellbeing Festival to a close, we were joined by David Maher (Deputy CEO of Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust), Simon Weldon (Group CEO for Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust and Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) and Mark Smith (Chief People Officer for Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust and Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust), where they will reflect on their highlights from an eventful week and talk about what they will take away from the festival.
