Lower Body - Leg Raise

This exercise allows you to feel the overused hip flexors and quads actually let go and relax, then engage only as much as is needed to perform the exercise. Whether the focus is to lift just the knee (lower leg dangling), the whole leg, or just swing the leg, you will increase your awareness on how not to overuse these muscles.
