The 100's is a basic Pilates Mat exercise, the first in the series as it acts as a warm-up, but it is not easy! The video begins as a Beginning Level modification, and then shows you how to add challenge to it. Exhale lasts 5 pumps of the arms, and inhale lasts 5 pumps of the arm.
