Core - Ball Spine Stretch

This exercise uses a fit ball, but as you keep it and your body still, the spine attempts to become the letter "C" by using your abdominals (and exhale) to press in to the front of the spine. Very soothing on the spine. Find out more at www.susannaengfitness.com/
