Millions of Twitter users have voted in favour of Elon Musk stepping down from his role as chief executive of the social media platform.    Mr Musk tweeted a poll, asking: “Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.”   More than 17 million people took part, with 57.5% voting “yes” to him stepping down.    The Tesla and SpaceX boss, who is yet to respond to the poll results, has faced heavy criticism since taking over the company.   He sacked around half of Twitter’s staff, and was recently condemned by the United Nations and European Union for suspending journalists who cover the platform.    Please subscribe HERE bit.ly/1rbfUog   #Twitter #ElonMusk #BBCNews
