Boston College got out to an early lead and stayed in command most of the way against Georgia Tech as the Eagles picked up conference win number 1 on the year, 74-62. BC’s defense closed out on Tech’s shooters well all afternoon, holding the Jackets to just 28% shooting. The Eagles had four players reach double figures, led by JoJo Lacey’s 21. Andrea Daley had a terrific outing with 17 points and 13 rebounds. She’d also add 3 assists and 3 blocks. For Georgia Tech, Cameron Swartz had 14 points in her return to Conte Forum.
