There are a lot of questions in today’s world about what to eat, how to eat and why. The in-depth course will connect the dots and address some fundamental questions behind how our diet impacts our health and well-being and how it contributes to the progression of chronic disease. This version of the "Food as Medicine" class was offered monthly from 2015 - 2018 by Dr. Anne. In 2019 we split it into four parts, each one hour long.
