A República da Gâmbia situa-se na África Ocidental e é o menor país do continente africano. O rio Gâmbia, que atravessa o centro do território e desagua no oceano Atlântico, tem na sua foz a capital Banjul. Aqui registei a essência da população com as suas diversas etnias, costumes e uma profusão imensa de cores.
The Republic of the Gambia, located in West Africa, is the smallest country on the African continent. The Gambia River, at which river mouth the country’s capital, Banjul, is located, crosses the centre of the territory and flows out into the Atlantic ocean. In this video I have recorded the essence of the population, with its various ethnic groupings, customs and immense profusion of colours.
